Your facilities are new, user friendly and clean. Although your rates are more expensive than others in the market, it is worth it as your facilities are clean and can be accessed anytime, which is convenient. Your customer service staff are nice and helpful.

After having her show me your facility in her excellent English, I felt it necessary to commend you on your choice of quality employees and compliment her on her very comprehensive and professional processing of my new storage unit.
